I prefer this Target's Starbucks over any actual Starbucks store! The baristas here always makes the drink incredibly good & on point. I've never had a bad encounter here either. Their customer service is great, especially Brittany's. She was sweet and very helpful, and instead of just assuming - she asks questions to make sure they make the drink right for you. A few of my favorite drinks from SB is the ice cloud macchiato or the guava white tea lemonade (I always get extra sweeten for both drinks) & the only place that knows how to make it right is this location. I've order it plenty and multiple times at many different locations and it's never on point (either too watery, still not sweeten enough, or just tasted bland) but when I order it here it's always just right. I wish it wasn't inside a target cos the closing hours are earlier! Will always stop by before doing my target shopping :)

Terrible terrible terrible. The girl working behind the counter was so rude she acted like she hated her job. I ordered a vanilla latte hot and when she handed me my coffee the cup was only half full. I was so frustrated with her that I just left. Never to go back again

Wow! Talk about rude. The "manager" didn't know how to use the $5 coupon proceeds to tell me it's not valid and there's no $5 and that I must've already used it . Mind you I had just gotten it 10 minutes earlier. I asked her to find someone who knows how to use them. She proceeds to tell me she's the manager and that she can't use the coupon. When I said it's been done before I don't see why she can't seem to redeem it. She gets on her walkie-talkie and asks if she can use the coupon! I'm sorry if she's the "manager" who is she asking if she can do something... her coworker had to show her how to use the coupon. This "manager" is rude and isn't helpful. She's got an attitude. Someone needs to read her customer service manual. I'm not the only person she was rude too. She did the same thing to the people before me and after me. One customer she told soon they will be charging for cups of water because too many people ask for free water. For the price they charge for coffee I'll just go to the real star bucks 1000 feet to the other one. 3 star bucks in one location and the target is the WORST! Attitude and rudeness is guaranteed here!
